How is Coach Led training at Kinetic Fitness and Training different from the large group classes I'm used to?

In coach led small group training, participants receive one-on-one instruction from nationally certified trainers during workouts to correct form, modify movements due to existing conditions, and provide feedback throughout the session. Individuals of varying abilities can work together easily because all workouts are scaled to fit the needs of each person. No one ever has to feel like they "can't keep up". We do not have prescribed weight or time standards that you need to meet during each workout. Your goal is to be a little bit better than you were the day before. Our Small Group Training is results-focused, so results are measured and programming is based on the group's specific training needs. In other words, the training is designed to meet you where you are instead of making you feel like you have to "catch up".
