We offer monthly rates based on the number of times you would like to meet per week.

Getting Started

When you sign up, we'll reach out and schedule your first visit! We will discuss where you are, where you've been, and where you'd like to be, and we will work with you to come up with a roadmap to the strongest, healthiest, most confident you!

After we complete your consultation, we will start your journey in Kinetic 101. This group starts from the most basic movements and teaches you all you'll need to know to be successful at Kinetic and beyond! Once you and your coach are confident that you are ready, you will be placed in the small group training group that best suits your goals and schedule!
