Each client is given a detailed pre-training consult. We want to listen to you. After the listening session, a thorough movement evaluation and screen will be performed, and we will begin building a training plan that will get the results you want. Training is not billed by the hour, it is billed based on your goals and the amount of time it will take to reach them. For long term training plans, payment may be made in full with a discount given, or clients may break the total into monthly payments as shown below. 

All training fees are due before first scheduled training appointment. For long term training, monthly payments can be arranged. 

Most people find that their training needs can be met in the small group sessions that we offer at Kinetic Fitness and Training. However, for those with more specific, or time-oriented goals, one-on-one training is recommended.

Chad and Megan specialize in

  • General population clients wanting to change body composition and get stronger

  • Sport-specific performance training 

  • Pre-habilitation and post-rehabilitation training for those looking to get back to active lifestyles and high level sport performance after injury, surgery, or long periods of sedentary living.

Chad also works with clients with limited mobility to improve range of motion and strength to improve quality of life out of the gym.

Megan works with many pre- and postnatal clients to safely return to pre pregnancy activity. She also works with a network of healthcare providers to help mothers find appropriate follow-up for issues ranging from ongoing back pain, feelings of depression, and stress incontinence.
