We work with athletes of all ages and abilities. 

Through disciplined training sessions, athletes will increase strength, target specific weaknesses, increase power, speed, agility, and sport-specific conditioning. Athletes will also learn sport specific and overall mobility drills, something many programs leave out.

Athletes will receive individualized programs based on initial evaluations and assessments, and sport(s) and position(s) played. Safety is always our number one priority. Proper form will be taught and athletes will receive ongoing correction as needed.

Athletes will be expected to keep a good attitude, be respectful, and mindful of their time and others'. KFit athletes will develop the confidence to become good leaders, and will strive to do their best every session.
